Captain Dan Wheeler is the owner and operator of Kingfin Charters located in Waukegan, Illinois.  United States Coast Guard Licensed and approved, Captain Dan is dedicated to providing his clients with a top notch fishing experience.

Captain Dan has been fishing the waters of Lake Michigan from a young age and was taught the craft of big water trout and salmon fishing from his father, an accomplished Lake Michigan angler as well.

With over 30 years of experience fishing Lake Michigan, Captain Dan looks to share his intricate knowledge, insight and passion of Great Lakes fishing with his customers.
